Freedom Celebration - Monday - Friday at 8:00 a.m. Saturday & Sunday at 9:00 a.m. Join us daily as we salute our Armed Forces and pay tribute to America’s Stars & Stripes during our Freedom Celebration. This event begins in the lobby of the hotel and then proceeds outside to our flag poles. We will share a patriotic poem then read the names of those military personnel we are honoring and remembering for their sacrifices in service of our country. Then join us as our Nation’s flag is raised during the playing of our National Anthem and remain as we recite the Pledge of Allegiance. Taste of America - Wednesday from 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. Every Wednesday will tantalize your taste buds as Holiday Inn Conference Center Lehigh Valley chefs demonstrate their culinary excellence right before your eyes. Our lobby becomes the kitchen as you learn how to prepare the food and about the origins from which it came. Not only do you get to learn about and taste these delightful creations, our Chefs are so confident in what they are creating, they will provide the recipe for you to take home and try for yourself. If your taste buds won’t let you wait until your home to have a full portion, you can have it immediately as our feature of the week in America Restaurant. While you are enjoying the creations of our Chefs, Management has opened the lobby bar to say Thank you for Celebrating America with us.

S’Moresgabord Roast - Friday From 8:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Want S’More to do? Then be sure not to miss our S’Moresgaboard Roast every Friday night from 8-10 pm. The Holiday Inn Conference Center Lehigh Valley has created an experience you will surely not want to miss. Toast marshmallows over 2 outdoor campfires. Then place your perfectly roasted marshmallow on 2 strategically placed graham crackers and proceed to top it all off with your choice of 7 scrumptious toppings. Relax with your family and friends around the outdoor campfires or come inside and relax around our indoor campfire as you enjoy your delectable creation, play checkers, create that ultimate Lincoln Log building, or play one of the exciting board games we have to offer. Pennsylvania Wine Tasting - Thursday From 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. Taste some of Pennsylvania’s finest wines from the award-winning Blue Mountain Vineyards. These delicious Lehigh Valley wines have been enjoyed at important events such as a Presidential Summit, the Republican National Convention, and a quaint evening in the Governor's mansion. Vineyards owner Joe or Vickie Greff will share their wine making expertise and techniques with you as you sample some of their exquisite vintages. When you find that perfect wine with the harmony of all its elements - fruit, acid, tannin, alcohol, wood (if any), etc. they will be happy to help you pair it with entrees features on our America Restaurant menu.
